All of these services are being provided by our certified experts. Suggested service levels are;

  • In case of failure, on-site and / or remote support service. Service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week or 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • In addition to the above service content, on- site performance analysis, system log review, fix/ patch consultancy, capacity planning services
  • Release / upgrade planning, consulting and implementation services can be provided on predetermined date.

 

These services can be purchased with in case of failure (per call) or annual service level aggrement.
